As a linear repetitive motion transmission element in automatic production, linear module not only needs a single axis sliding table with accurate positioning, but also needs a single axis or multi axis control system with precise control. Most of our commonly used control systems are pulse controllers, of which PLC programming control system is the most used. So how does linear module use PLC control system
So how to operate the control system? First of all, let’s introduce to you that PLC in the control system is used to generate control pulses; A certain number of square wave pulses are output through PLC programming to control the rotation angle of stepping motor, so as to control the feed rate of servo organization; By programming and controlling the pulse frequency together, we can also say the feed speed of the servo organization.

1. Linear guide rail motion module is generally equipped with three limit switches as standard. According to the switching method, it can be divided into PNP / NPN, and the two ends are positive limit and negative limit respectively.
2. PLC controls the linear module to complete the automatic forward and reverse rotation and manual forward and reverse rotation of the motor. Before the automatic forward and reverse rotation of the motor, the motor needs to be reset. After reset, press the forward rotation button, the motor will work in the forward direction for a certain distance, and will stop working when it is in place. Press the reverse button again, and the motor will work in the negative direction for a certain distance until it is in place and then stop;
3. The motor can be reset by pressing the positive switch or the reverse switch of the channel from the beginning. At this time, the motor can be reset by pressing the positive switch or the reverse switch of the channel from the beginning. In the process of manual operation, the motor can be reset by pressing the positive switch of the channel;
4. During the operation of the motor, its intermittent operation can be controlled at any time through the “intermittent button” and emergency stop button. After the intermittent operation, the automatic forward and reverse operation can be carried out only after resetting from the beginning. The reset indicator, work indicator and intermittent indicator are used to indicate the working state of one-dimensional channel.
