Optional Accessories of Micro Linear Actuators
1.Encoder: accurately feed back the number of turns of the motor spindle through the number of pulses, so as to accurately calculate the stroke change of the electric push rod and realize accurate control.
2.Potentiometer: used to feed back the resistance of the motor, so as to reflect the stroke position of the push rod, and finally achieve the purpose of controlling the push rod to stop at any position in the middle of the stroke.
3.Hand operated device: some push rods of worm gear structure and gear structure can be installed with hand operated shaft. In case of power failure, the position of the push rod can be adjusted by hand after connecting the hand operated wrench.
4.Hall feedback: a Hall circuit board is installed on the motor shaft, which can accurately feed back the rotation number of the motor through the hall principle, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate control of the push rod.
5.PLC control: PLC access port can be provided to achieve real-time process control.
