Multi Axis Linear module application industry

Gluing device for large LCD glass substrate Glass substrate cutting operation Coating device for various small parts Spraying mobile device
A set of high-speed gluing device for LCD glass substrate is composed of two simultaneous X-axis electric slides, one Y-axis slide and z-axis.

Two X-axis electric slides moving together with one Y-axis slide are combined to form a set of simple glass plate cutting mechanism.

Three single axis electric slides are combined into X-Y-Z mechanism, which can perform point gluing. The operation cost is much cheaper than one gluing machine, and can also be used in gluing operation on the production line. Use X-Y-Z 3 axis for cleaning or spraying.

Tool machining part taking and placing device Tool machining part taking and placing device Handling device for large articles 3Dimensional gluing device
The x-z-y 3-axis is combined by the single axis electric slide, which can be installed on 2 or 3 CNC tool machines as the take-off mechanism for loading and unloading of machined parts processed for many times. The x-y-z 3-axis is combined by the single axis electric slide, which can be installed on the CNC tool machine. As the taking and placing mechanism for loading and unloading of machined parts, the cost is much less than that of the 6-axis manipulator. Two X-axis electric slides moving together with one Y-axis electric slide are combined to form a set of large-scale goods handling device, which saves a lot of cost compared with the 6-axis manipulator. The cantilever gluing mechanism is composed of X-Y-Z axis, which can perform three-dimensional gluing operation.

An Overview Of Multi Axis Linear Modules

Introduction
Multi Axis Linear Modules are electromechanical actuators that are used to produce linear motion along multiple axes. These modules consist of a number of linear actuators that are arranged in a specific configuration to create the desired effect.
Multi Axis Linear Modules are used in a variety of applications, such as in robotics, aerospace, and automotive engineering. These modules offer a number of advantages over traditional linear actuators, such as higher load capacity, higher precision, and higher stiffness.
If you are looking for a linear actuator that can offer all of these benefits, then a Multi Axis Linear Module is the perfect choice for you. Keep reading to learn more about these modules and how they can benefit your application.

What is a Multi-Axis Linear Module?

A Multi-Axis Linear Module is an electromechanical actuator designed to provide linear motion along multiple axes, usually three or more. It is composed of several linear actuators arranged in a specific configuration and connected to a central drive unit. The drive unit provides the power and guidance to the actuators, enabling them to move in various combinations to produce linear motion along several axes. The benefit of this design is that it offers higher load capacity, higher stiffness, and higher precision than traditional linear actuators.

The Advantages of Multi-Axis Linear Modules

Multi Axis Linear Modules offer a number of advantages over traditional linear actuators. These include higher load capacity, higher stiffness, and higher precision. Additionally, Multi Axis Linear Modules can be easily customized to meet the specific requirements of a given application, making them much more versatile than traditional actuators. Furthermore, because of their modular design, Multi Axis Linear Modules are much easier to install, making them suitable for a variety of applications.

How do Multi-Axis Linear Modules work?

Multi Axis Linear Modules are driven by a central drive unit, which sends power and guidance signals to the linear actuators. The actuators are then able to move in various combinations to produce linear motion along several axes. The linear actuators can also be synchronized with a controller to provide precise and repeatable motion along the desired axes.

The Different Types of Multi-Axis Linear Modules

Multi Axis Linear Modules come in a variety of configurations and sizes. They can be configured with two, three, or even more actuators, depending on the application. Additionally, they can be custom-built to meet the specific requirements of a given application.

Applications of Multi-Axis Linear Modules

Multi Axis Linear Modules are used in a wide range of applications, including robotics, aerospace, and automotive engineering. In robotics, they are used to give robots more precise and repeatable motion along multiple axes. In aerospace and automotive engineering, they are used to manufacture components with higher dimensional accuracy than traditional linear actuators.

Why Use Multi-Axis Linear Modules?

Multi Axis Linear Modules offer a number of advantages over traditional linear actuators. They are capable of producing linear motion along multiple axes with higher load capacity, higher stiffness, and higher precision. Additionally, they can be easily customized to meet the specific requirements of a given application. Furthermore, because of their modular design, they are much easier to install than traditional actuators.

Multi-Axis Linear Modules/Multi Axis Linear Manipulators – The Future

Multi Axis Linear Modules are becoming increasingly popular in a variety of applications. As technology continues to improve and costs continue to come down, these modules will become even more widely used in robotic, aerospace, and automotive engineering applications. Additionally, Multi Axis Linear Modules will continue to evolve as manufacturers develop new ways to utilize them more efficiently and effectively.

Linear modules(Multi Axis Linear Manipulators) can be used in a single axis, also can be combined into a rectangular coordinate manipulator in the form of XYZ, and can be combined into different combination forms such as two axes, three axes and four axes. If there is a large load and stroke, gear rack transmission will be selected under normal circumstances.

Multi Axis Linear Manipulators can complete the linear and curvilinear motion of the load through the combination of various units, and the motion control of point and multipoint. It is more sensitive and accurate for the automation of light load. Precise and firm, can be used for single shaft, and can be used for multi shaft combination; Modular application, simple structure, saving mechanical design space, with a variety of installation and connection modes and accessories for design selection, matching with a variety of motors and motor control regulators, multi-point positioning and multi-stage control, and selecting appropriate accessories can improve assembly efficiency, meet different accuracy requirements in design, save time and facilitate maintenance.

As a manipulator in the automation industry, Linear module has a wide range of uses and is suitable for various scenarios. In many cases, the desired automation effect cannot be achieved by moving only one slider. At this time, an extension arm function can be added to the slider, which can turn the linear module into a rectangular coordinate manipulator through the function of control program and motor, Realize the effect of one-step to multi-step motion.

Take single axis linear module as an example. If there are two sliding blocks on the linear module, the first rectangular coordinate manipulator uses the program to control the two sliding blocks to go in different directions. At the same time, install the motor on the sliding block, install the working components on the sliding block, and then the two sliding blocks can work respectively. The second method is to add another module on the slider, that is, the extension arm. The extended module can also move and work like an independent module. By analogy, the linear module can be extended many times for a wider range of automation.

Step 2: install the XY axis connecting plate. When installing the XY axis connecting plate, please use the locating pin holes on the sliding seat of the single axis manipulator and the mounting plate for positioning.
Step 3: install Y-axis and wiring duct
Step 4: install YZ axis connecting plate and Z axis;
Step 5: install the drag chain and wiring
1) when wiring, first lift the movable cover plate of the drag chain with a slotted screwdriver, then install the cable into the inner cavity of the drag chain, and then press the cover plate. 2) During cable or gas pipe wiring, the cables shall be neatly arranged and installed in the drag chain. Generally, the space of the cable shall not exceed two-thirds of the inner space of the drag chain, and shall not be twisted and disordered;
