(1) Functional requirements of Telescopic Manipulators or manipulator telescopic arm of automatic assembly machine
The telescopic arm of the manipulator is installed on the lifting boom, and the gripper is installed at the front end to complete the automatic transposition of the workpiece according to the instructions of the control system. The expansion and contraction shall be stable and flexible, the action shall be fast, the positioning shall be accurate and the work shall be coordinated.

According to the specification requirements, appropriate protective measures shall be taken to ensure the personal safety of operators, which must be considered in any design and is essential. In the program design, it is necessary to consider the sudden work interruption caused by failure, such as mechanism jamming, workpiece not in place, sudden power failure, etc., and set up alarm device.
