Timing Belt Drive Circular Track Conveyor System Completes Factory Testing, Ready for Shipment to Thailand Client

TallMan Robotics has completed final assembly and testing on a timing belt drive circular track conveyor system built for a manufacturing client in Thailand. The unit is now packed and staged for export shipment from DongGuan production center. This system is designed for a project from Thailand.

Project Background of this Timing Belt Drive Circular Track Conveyor

The client requested a compact round belt conveyor loop for buffering and station-based indexing on an existing production line. Moreover, TallMan Robotics’ engineering team configured the system around a closed-loop circular track paired with a servo-driven timing belt. The configuration also included two independent pneumatic positioning stations. Additionally, there was an optional HMI touchscreen for direct operator control.

Factory Testing and Quality Verification

Before shipment, the conveyor passed a full run-in test on the factory floor. Technicians cycled the unit through continuous operation to confirm belt tension, positioning repeatability at each station, and a smooth transition through the curved track sections. Importantly, every servo parameter and cylinder timing setting was logged against the client’s specification sheet. Then these settings were verified a second time once the run-in period finished.

Packaging and Export Logistics for Timing Belt Drive Circular Track Conveyor

For the export shipment, the conveyor assembly, drive components, and control hardware go into a custom-built plywood crate designed to protect track alignment during long-distance sea or air transport. The order follows TallMan Robotics’ standard EX-W delivery terms. Furthermore, it uses the usual deposit-and-balance payment structure for international clients. There is a one-year warranty covering the delivered equipment.

Thailand’s manufacturing base spans automotive parts, electronics assembly, and food processing — three sectors where circular track conveyor systems commonly serve as buffer and accumulation stages between production cells. Consequently, a compact, synchronized timing belt loop lets a Thailand-based line hold parts in sequence without adding a large transfer footprint. This is an advantage in facilities where floor space runs tight.
